Account details (name, email), store connection tokens from eBay (granted by you through eBay’s official sign-in — we never see your eBay password), product and order data needed to run automation, and basic usage analytics.
To provide the service: syncing your listings, prices, stock, orders and tracking; to send service emails (trial reminders, billing notices); and to improve the product.
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the processors required to run the service (for example payment processing by Stripe and email delivery), each under their own strict terms.
You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time via support. Cancelling your subscription stops billing; your plan stays active until the period ends.
